Sound healing is a holistic therapy that uses specific tones, frequencies, and vibrations to promote deep relaxation, release emotional blockages, and realign your energy.

In each session, I use a blend of:

• Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls

• Chimes, Symphonic Gongs, Solfeggio's

• Native American Flutes

• Breath, presence, and energetic intention

Sound bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the nervous system and energy body, helping you release what you’ve been holding — even if you don’t know what it is.

🌕 What to Expect in a Session

You’ll lie down fully clothed, wrapped in blankets if needed, and simply receive.
As the sound vibrations move through and around you, you may feel tingles, warmth, emotion rising, or deep stillness. Every session is unique — led by your energy and what your system is ready to release or receive.

Each session is safe, deeply nurturing, guided with care and extremely relaxing.

Individual or Two people Sound Healing Session – 75  – 120 minutes $160 AUD 

A private, intuitive session focused on emotional clearing, energy balance, and nervous system reset.

Individual Sound & Energy Alignment – 120 minutes – $160 AUD
Includes EFT Tapping, emotional support, and a full sound immersion to reset body, mind and spirit.

Group Sound Healing Sessions - 120 minutes  - 4 people - $50 each person
