Sessions can be booked online, via phone, or through direct message.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive details on how to prepare and what to expect.

If you're booking on behalf of someone else (e.g. a loved one), please ensure they are aware and consenting.
2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
